PRODUCT QUERIES

What are your cards made from? My greetings cards are made of heavy weight part 320gsm FSC certified card stock and part recycled paper. They are supplied to you wrapped in tissue or a corn starch sleeve, unless they are part of a set and will be supplied in boxed packaging. Please see individual listings for specific packaging information.

 What size are the cards? The cards measure 10.4 x 14.7 cm and the envelopes measure 11.5 x 14.7cm and are supplied with a crisp white envelope.

 Are your cards blank inside? Yes.

 Where are your cards printed? All my cards are printed in small batches in Bedfordshire.

 Are your cards wrapped in cellophane/plastic? To reduce plastic waste, all my cards are supplied without cellophane/plastic sleeves unless it is a wholesale order and those are supplied with usually just a card clasp sticker or a corn starch sleeve.

How are your prints packaged? A4 prints are supplied to you in a clear cellophane sleeve with a great backing board and Certificate of Authenticity. They are ready to be popped into an A4 frame. A3 and A2 prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and supplied rolled in an extra strong cardboard tube and will be sent Royal Mail Signed For service. All prints is individually signed by me.

 Do you take commissions? I do undertake a small number of commissions each year. Contact me for more information and to discuss your needs. Commissions start are £250. Visit HERE for more info.

ORDER QUERIES:

Refunds - It is important to me that your purchase arrives safely and you are pleased with purchase.  In the very unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit then please contact me with photographs of the damage and then please return the item to me in all its original packaging. You will need to pay the return postage. I can arrange a replacement for you, simply use the Contact page to let me know the problem so that we can discuss further action.

 How long will it take my order to arrive? Card orders placed will be posted within 1-3 working days. Giclee prints in stock will be posted in the same way – though A2 prints are printed bespoke for each order and can take up to 10 working days to arrive at your door. If an order is prints and cards, then often they will be posted separately.

How much is shipping? Shipping to addresses in the UK is included in the price you see and pay, so no hidden extra’s! Postage is via Royal Mail First Class on small items and Royal Mail Signed For on larger orders.

 Are your tea towels machine washable? Tea towels are made from 100% cotton and are machine washable. I recommend washing on a 30-degree setting to be kinder to the environment.

Are your cushions washable? My hand printed cushions are made from either a 100% linen of a high linen and cotton mix. They must be hand washed with care in luke warm water. Please do not wring but gently fold to squeeze out excess water and iron flat or line dry. Please iron using a protective cloth on the surface of the print. The paints I have used are professional quality fabric paints but still need care taken to keep your cushion looking the best it can for many years. I generally recommend occasional dry cleaning.

Can I stock your cards or prints? Yes! I am always happy to hear from prospective stockists so that they can be added to the Vanessa Stone stockist family! Simply use the Contact Page to send me an enquiry and I will get straight back to you with more information. You will be sent an access code for the Stockist area on this website.  including a code to access the Stockists Gallery. Minimum orders are very small at six cards so that you can test the water. Postage is free on all card orders and £2.50 on giclee print orders. MOQ for giclee prints is 16 prints.
