Shipping, Returns & Refunds Information

WORKSHOPS

Tickets for workshops are not shipped as a physical object but your receipt for your online payment is proof of your purchase.

Please include a telephone number when booking your place in the outside chance of an emergency and the event being cancelled at very short notice.

Refunds for Workshops: If you change your mind, or are unable to attend then I can arrange a full refund if it is 4 days before the event. Please see the table below for additional information. This allows me time to re-sell your place. Refunds will not be made after you have attended a workshop/still life drawing club session.

Refund table:

Up to 4 days before a workshop: full refund

2-3 days before a workshop: 50% refund

Under 48 hours: no refund

Non attending: no refund

Third party workshops: if a workshop has been arranged via a third party organisation, cancellation and refunds must be pursued via that venue or organisation.

Cancellation of an Event If I am unable to deliver a workshop and need to cancel an event, I will issue a full refund or a rescheduling will be offered. If you are unable to attend a rescheduled date, then I will issue a full refund.

 

ORIGINALS, PRINTS AND CARDS

Orders generally take between 3 – 7 days to arrive to your door. Bespoke prints can potentially take up to 10 days, and longer at busier times like Christmas so please do contact me if you need a piece by a certain date.

Originals, prints and cards are all sent via Royal Mail Tracked and are well packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If in the unlikely circumstances an order arrives to you damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and email me on: vanessastoneinfo@gmail.com to arrange a return and refund.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, I am happy to refund you but you must contact me within 14 days of delivery and items must be returned within 30 days of informing me. The item must be returned in its original packaging and the return postage must be paid by you using Royal Mail Tracked. If it arrives to me without being properly packaged, then a partial refund will be made to allow for the loss of value of the item.  The refund will exclude the original postage costs. If you would like a different item, then simply reorder again on my website.

You will receive an email to confirm I have refunded you.

Customs, Taxes & Overseas Delivery

All customers are responsible for additional charges that customs or import taxes that might be added to the item. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please contact me before you purchase as postage is calculated on each overseas delivery.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged.

I cannot return bespoke prints as these have been made especially for you and generally am not able to sell them on again through my website.

Commission pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
